Iliff School of Theology (Iliff) reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If Iliff cancels a course, you will receive a full refund for the course or have the option to transfer to a future course. Iliff is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the learner if a course is canceled. Unless otherwise stated within course descriptions our refund policy is described below:

• Refunds are available (less a $25 processing fee) up to fourteen days before the start of your course and prior to accessing any of the prework online materials.
• Nonrefundable credit toward a future Iliff School of Theology course is available if you give notice between thirteen and one day(s) before your course. Credit may be applied to the same course at a future date.
• No credit or refund is available if you cancel the day the course opens (as stated by the advertised course start date, not the first Zoom meeting); if you do not show up; or if you leave a course early for any reason.
